Using the Pilates Method of practice, Pure Pilates workouts focus on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and support the spine.

Consistent practice provides an overall sense of well being; integrating the mind, body and spirit. Pilates exercise is known to increase coordination, strength and mobility, generate more efficient movement, and improve posture.

Pure Pilates offers private and duet training sessions and small group classes using a variety of equipment including Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Combo Chair, Mat, and TRX.
