Kathy Celardo

Kathy received her Pilates Instructor certification in 2009 through Balanced Body University and achieved her Certified Pilates Teacher designation by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) in 2010. Kathy was a student and employee of Pure Pilates for several years before pursuing her certifications as a Pilates Instructor. It was her enthusiasm for the Pilates Method, engagement of the mind with the body to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health, that lead her to become a certified instructor. Pilates continues to improve her performance in her many other passions including running, cycling, skiing and hiking. Kathy continues to broaden her knowledge and understanding of Pilates movement and technique through various workshops and seminars. When Kathy is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons who also share a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Carol Crincoli

Carol M. Crincoli, Owner of Pure Pilates, has been practicing Pilates since 2003. She received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, NY and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Carol is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and a minor in Dance. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She was accepted into the IDEA-PFT Recognition System as an Elite Level Personal Fitness Trainer. Carol has been working in the exercise industry since 1990, in the areas of corporate/commercial fitness, recreational programming and was adjunct faculty at Kean University in Union, NJ. By incorporating her love of movement and music, fitness knowledge and her outgoing personality, she brings quality programs for all ages and fitness levels. Opening Pure Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime dream for Carol. Her desire to "inspire life from the core" incorporates every aspect of well being from exercise, healthy lifestyle and stress management.

Katie Huddleston

Katie received her Classical Comprehensive Pilates Certificate of Training from Core Pilates NYC. She is a professional dancer who has performed across the country at numerous venues and in various productions including at The Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall and in the Broadway 1st National Tour of Anything Goes and in the 50th Anniversary Concerts of the Rolling Stones. Katie is inspired by Pilates for the mind-body connection it creates and brings this passion to her students as she helps them realign and strengthen their bodies while improving overall wellness.

Rebecca Noerr

Rebecca received her Pilates certifications in mat and apparatus through Powerhouse Pilates. She also holds certifications in personal training, group fitness instruction and spin. She earned a B.S from Drexel University and worked in the New York City fashion industry for 10 years before moving to fitness. She trains clients at all levels with expertise in athletes, sports disciplines (golf and tennis), reconditioning and seniors. Her goal is to help develop core strength, increased flexibility and encourage fitness as fun, safe and rewarding.

Rachel Miranda

Rachel received her Pilates certifications in mat and apparatus through STOTT Pilates and pre- and post-natal specialist certifications through Women's Fitness Center of America. She graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University where she earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both Fine Arts/Dance and English Education. She also holds a Master’s of Education in Dance from Rutgers. Rachel trained in New York and has been teaching Pilates since 2009. She is the director of the Ridge Dance Department at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ where she teaches grades 9-12 and advises on dance related extra-curricular activities. She brings her experience in the classroom to her teaching of Pilates.
So many ways to challenge yourself on the Tower apparatus. Utilize the roll down bar, push through bar, leg springs and arm springs to build strength and gain length. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to group session.
