Linda Kress

Linda Kress has been involved in fitness for over 20 years and is a Level II (2 Star) Spin Instructor for MadDog Athletics. She is also certified in Spin/Core, Spin/Flex, Total Body Conditioning, Les Mills Body Pump and TRX Suspension Training.
Linda's exercise philosophy is safety first. She believes in focusing on breath and form, listening to your body and having fun.
Linda's outlook on life is to always have goals, create personal challenges, embrace the positive, neutralize the negative, keep your inner child and enjoy life.

Carol Crincoli

Carol M. Crincoli, Owner of Pure Pilates, has been practicing Pilates since 2003. She received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, NY and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Carol is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and a minor in Dance. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She was accepted into the IDEA-PFT Recognition System as an Elite Level Personal Fitness Trainer. Carol has been working in the exercise industry since 1990, in the areas of corporate/commercial fitness, recreational programming and was adjunct faculty at Kean University in Union, NJ. By incorporating her love of movement and music, fitness knowledge and her outgoing personality, she brings quality programs for all ages and fitness levels. Opening Pure Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime dream for Carol. Her desire to "inspire life from the core" incorporates every aspect of well being from exercise, healthy lifestyle and stress management.

Rebecca Noerr

Rebecca received her Pilates certifications in mat and apparatus through Powerhouse Pilates. She also holds certifications in personal training, group fitness instruction and spin. She earned a B.S from Drexel University and worked in the New York City fashion industry for 10 years before moving to fitness. She trains clients at all levels with expertise in athletes, sports disciplines (golf and tennis), reconditioning and seniors. Her goal is to help develop core strength, increased flexibility and encourage fitness as fun, safe and rewarding.

Kathy Celardo

Kathy received her Pilates Instructor certification in 2009 through Balanced Body University and achieved her Certified Pilates Teacher designation by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) in 2010. Kathy was a student and employee of Pure Pilates for several years before pursuing her certifications as a Pilates Instructor. It was her enthusiasm for the Pilates Method, engagement of the mind with the body to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health, that lead her to become a certified instructor. Pilates continues to improve her performance in her many other passions including running, cycling, skiing and hiking. Kathy continues to broaden her knowledge and understanding of Pilates movement and technique through various workshops and seminars. When Kathy is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons who also share a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Suspension Training exercise builds functional strength and improves flexibility  balance and core stability all at once. This workout is not just for Navy Seals or Elite athletes but for anyone who is looking for a great workout to increase your quality of everyday life.TRX Fusion will incorporate a variety of Pilates Props for a balanced workout.
