Circuit Training - Reformer

Kathy Celardo

Kathy received her Pilates Instructor certification in 2009 through Balanced Body University and achieved her Certified Pilates Teacher designation by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) in 2010. Kathy was a student and employee of Pure Pilates for several years before pursuing her certifications as a Pilates Instructor. It was her enthusiasm for the Pilates Method, engagement of the mind with the body to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health, that lead her to become a certified instructor. Pilates continues to improve her performance in her many other passions including running, cycling, skiing and hiking. Kathy continues to broaden her knowledge and understanding of Pilates movement and technique through various workshops and seminars. When Kathy is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons who also share a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Carol Crincoli

Carol M. Crincoli, Owner of Pure Pilates, has been practicing Pilates since 2003. She received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, NY and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Carol is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and a minor in Dance. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She was accepted into the IDEA-PFT Recognition System as an Elite Level Personal Fitness Trainer. Carol has been working in the exercise industry since 1990, in the areas of corporate/commercial fitness, recreational programming and was adjunct faculty at Kean University in Union, NJ. By incorporating her love of movement and music, fitness knowledge and her outgoing personality, she brings quality programs for all ages and fitness levels. Opening Pure Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime dream for Carol. Her desire to "inspire life from the core" incorporates every aspect of well being from exercise, healthy lifestyle and stress management.
It's fast paced and will get your heart pumping. Reformer Circuit takes you through a variety of Reformer exercises that will cover all muscle groups and include an aerobic workout. Please note that Jumpboard is one or two of the stations in the circuit workout. If you are unable to Jump, students will be given a modified exercise. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to this group session.
