Carol Crincoli

Carol M. Crincoli, Owner of Pure Pilates, has been practicing Pilates since 2003. She received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, NY and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Carol is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and a minor in Dance. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She was accepted into the IDEA-PFT Recognition System as an Elite Level Personal Fitness Trainer. Carol has been working in the exercise industry since 1990, in the areas of corporate/commercial fitness, recreational programming and was adjunct faculty at Kean University in Union, NJ. By incorporating her love of movement and music, fitness knowledge and her outgoing personality, she brings quality programs for all ages and fitness levels. Opening Pure Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime dream for Carol. Her desire to "inspire life from the core" incorporates every aspect of well being from exercise, healthy lifestyle and stress management.

  • Tower
  • Tower uses spring resistance to challenge the muscles and lengthen the entire body. This balanced workout utilizes the Arcus Bar, leg springs and arm springs. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to group session.

  • Pilates Toys
  • Change up your mat workout by using a Pilates prop. The instructor will utilize our studio toys to add variety and challenge. See what magic circles, foam rollers, physioballs, resistance bands, CORE bands and ARCS can offer to your Pilates practice.   • Chair/TRX Circuit
  • Stretch and strengthen your muscles in this fast paced circuit workout on the Combo Chair and TRX Suspension system. The small surface of the Chair challenges your body like no other Pilates apparatus and the versatility of the TRX breathes new life into our circuit series. This unique combination takes your Pilates practice to a whole new level. The BOSU is used to add a cardiovascular component to the circuit workout.  Instructors have the options to utilize the ARC Barrel and/or Foam Roller in the workout.   • TRX Fusion
  • Suspension Training exercise builds functional strength and improves flexibility  balance and core stability all at once. This workout is not just for Navy Seals or Elite athletes but for anyone who is looking for a great workout to increase your quality of everyday life.TRX Fusion will incorporate a variety of Pilates Props for a balanced workout.

  • Pilates Barre Fusion
  • Pilates Barre Fusion
    Not your average Barre class. Not your average Pilates class. Pilates Barre Fusion offers a total body workout mixing the ballet barre - which emphasizes lower body toning with a light weighted segment for the upper body - and a Pilates floor segment to strengthen your core. Then, we focus on coordination as well as balance and finish with a cool down and stretch to round out this amazing session.

  • Circuit Training - TOWER
  • It's fast paced and will get your heart pumping. Tower Circuit takes you through a variety of Tower exercises that will cover all muscle groups and include an aerobic workout. Please note that Jumpboard is one of the stations in the circuit workout. If you are unable to Jump, students will be given a modified exercise.   • McEntire Comprehensive Instructor Training
  • Course Description: 512 hours of all inclusive and hands-on learning. This course includes all materials and scheduled studio use required for graduation. Students finish the program between 9-15 months. Participants receive a certificate of completion and meet the requirements to take the PMA certification exam. Graduates are prepared for part-time or full-time employment.
