Carol Crincoli

Carol M. Crincoli, Owner of Pure Pilates, has been practicing Pilates since 2003. She received her Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York, NY and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Carol is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and a minor in Dance. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She was accepted into the IDEA-PFT Recognition System as an Elite Level Personal Fitness Trainer. Carol has been working in the exercise industry since 1990, in the areas of corporate/commercial fitness, recreational programming and was adjunct faculty at Kean University in Union, NJ. By incorporating her love of movement and music, fitness knowledge and her outgoing personality, she brings quality programs for all ages and fitness levels. Opening Pure Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime dream for Carol. Her desire to "inspire life from the core" incorporates every aspect of well being from exercise, healthy lifestyle and stress management.

  • The popular Reformer workout offers a wide variety of exercises that allows the Pilates student to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to this group session.

  • Reformer/Tower Combo
  • It's a unique, fun and challenging Pilates workout on the most popular machines. Experience the Reformer and Tower in one amazing session. The Integrated workout uses the Tower bars and springs to work the major muscle groups, while controlling the moving Reformer carriage with your core. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to this group session.

  • Tower Springs
  • Do you enjoy our Tower classes? Then you will love Tower Springs.  This workout will give your arms, legs and abdominals a Pilates workout like no other. The arm springs, legs springs and rolldown bar are the focus of this workout. Reservations Highly Recommended. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to this group session.

  • TRX Fusion
  • Suspension Training exercise builds functional strength and improves flexibility  balance and core stability all at once. This workout is not just for Navy Seals or Elite athletes but for anyone who is looking for a great workout to increase your quality of everyday life.TRX Fusion will incorporate a variety of Pilates Props for a balanced workout.

  • JumpBoard
  • The Jumpboard adds great versatility to your Reformer workout. In addition to jumping and other cardio exercises, the padded Jumpboard also allows the instructor to recreate a biomechanically accurate standing position while lying on the Reformer.   • Circuit Training - Reformer
  • It's fast paced and will get your heart pumping. Reformer Circuit takes you through a variety of Reformer exercises that will cover all muscle groups and include an aerobic workout. Please note that Jumpboard is one or two of the stations in the circuit workout. If you are unable to Jump, students will be given a modified exercise.
