I hate to exercise. Or that’s what I used to say to myself. But pilates is my gift three days a week to myself. I’ve been working with Carol for many years. I am now approaching 65 and still working full time but I include Pilates in my schedule and can honestly say that I can’t live without it. I still sometimes think- ugh I really can’t do this today. But then I think – this is for you. You know you’ll feel great afterward and your body will thank you!
