Donna Sue has been a fitness professional since 2001. She is certified by the National Exercise Trainer Association (NETA) as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Donna Sue has numerous certifications in various aspects of health and fitness. Her interest in movement modalities led her to Thai Yoga (also called Thai Yoga Massage or Thai Yoga Bodywork) as an effective way to stretch, restore health to the body, relax, and release stress. Donna Sue studied Thai Yoga under Tony Rivers, a master practitioner for over 25 years.
