Happy feet with Kathy C.

The Happy Feet workshop is designed to provide guidelines and exercises to strengthen, stabilize and maintain flexibility to our feet.  We will use a variety of props such as theraband, pinky ball (tennis ball) and a washcloth.

Foot movement is a complex, choreographed sequence. The muscles of the foot can exert tremendous power while constantly making small adjustments for balance – whether the body is at rest or in motion. 

We walk, we run, we stand all while staying balanced on our two feet.  We ask so much from our feet.

60 minute workshop – single $32

Each session will be recorded and you will have access to the recording for 30 days after the session.
