Holiday Flash 15’s Package

For All Levels

Flash 15 virtual private sessions can be the perfect amount of time to get some quality Pilates work done. If you are new to Pilates, the Flash 15 can introduce you to the fundamentals of the method or target a specific muscle group. If you are an experienced mover, focus on a specific Pilates exercise or personal goal.

Pilates Reformer Without the Machine: Seated & Kneeling

You don’t need a Tower or Reformer to enjoy Mermaid. This 30 minute workshop starts with seated exercises, progresses to kneeling and then on all 4’s

 

Pilates Reformer Without the Machine: Standing Exercises

This 30 minute workout will focus on the lower body and make your core muscles show up for the party! All exercises will be performed standing. If you love the lunge series on the Chair, this one’s for you.

 

Pilates Reformer Without the Machine: Supine & Prone

Who doesn’t love Footwork on the Reformer? This 30 minute workshop will take you through Reformer and Tower exercises that are performed on your back and belly.
