Grab 2 wash clothes or even paper plates and join Carol for amazing workouts that recreate your favorite Reformer, Tower and Chair exercises. This is a 3 – part workshop series and participants can register for single sessions or purchase the entire series.

Wednesday, October 14th 6:00-6:30pm – Supine and Prone Exercises

Who doesn’t love Footwork on the Reformer? This 30 minute workshop will take you through Reformer and Tower exercises that are performed on your back and belly.

Wednesday, October 21st  6:00-6:30pm – Seated and Kneeling Exercises

You don’t need a Tower or Reformer to enjoy Mermaid. This 30 minute workshop starts with seated exercises, progresses to kneeling and then on all 4’s. Yes, we take you all the way to Plank ending with a version of Mountain Climber and Control Front.

Wednesday, October 28th 6:00-6:30pm – Standing Exercises

This 30 minute workout will focus on the lower body and make your core muscles show up for the party! All exercises will be performed standing.  If you love the lunge series on the Chair, this one’s for you.

Series of Three – $48.00

Single Session – $20.00

Each session will be recorded and you will have access to the recording for 30 days after the session.
