The Myofascial system, known as the ‘soft skeleton’, is the tissue that wraps around the outer surface of muscles and muscle fibers. Learn how to release tightness and knots in the fascia due to overuse, inactivity, or injury using various techniques with the foam roller. By releasing the fascia you will have better movement, more flexibility, and increased blood flow in the soft tissue. The workshop will begin and end with a gentle stretch. Equipment needed: Foam roller and stretching strap.
