Amp up your Pilates workout by adding resistance with a loop band! The loop band will increase the intensity of each exercise. This is a full body workout, and a Theraband can be tied as a substitute if you do not have access to a loop band. Beginners are welcome to participate without the use of the loop band and decrease the intensity
