Reinventing Tower with the Magic Circle With Marcellina 30 Minute

Let’s take some of our tower exercises to the mat using the magic circle. The circle will be used to enhance the work of the abdominals and arms but also stretch, resist and assist. This 30 minute intermediate workout will “kiss” most major muscle groups in the body while we have a bit of fun! NOTE – Magic Circle is required.
