Pilates Prop Series with Laura K

Laura K takes some of your favorite Pilates props to create 3 – 30 minute total body workouts. Participants can register for single sessions or purchase the entire series.  

Tuesday, November 3 – 9:30am to 10am – Magic Circle

You’ll fine tune muscles you didn’t know you had in this 30 minute, full body toning class using the popular Magic Circle.  

Tuesday, November 10 – 9:30am to 10am – Resistance Band (Tubing)

This workout focuses on the powerful resistance of the theraband.  With its versatility, this class is for beginners and advanced clients alike!  

Tuesday, November 17 – 9:30am to 10am – Hand Weights

Amplify your Mat workout with the addition of light hand weights!  1, 2, or 3 pound weights recommended.   Water or wine bottles acceptable substitute!

Series of Three – $48.00

Single Session – $20.00

Each session will be recorded and you will have access to the recording for 30 days after the session.
