Pilates Reformer: without the Machine

Grab 2 wash clothes or even paper plates and join Carol for amazing workouts that recreate your favorite Reformer, Tower and Chair exercises. This is a 3 – part workshop series and participants can register for single sessions or purchase the entire series.

Foam Roller Stretch and Release

Reset your Body with Rebecca – improve your results!  

The Myofascial system, known as the ‘soft skeleton’, is tissue that wraps around the outer surface of muscles and muscle fibers. Learn how to release tightness and knots in the fascia due to overuse, inactivity, or injury using various techniques with the foam roller. By releasing the fascia you will have better movement, more flexibility and increased blood flow in the soft tissue. The workshop will begin and end with a gentle stretch. Equipment needed: Foam Roller and stretching strap.

Laura K takes some of your favorite Pilates props to create 3 – 30 minute total body workouts. Participants can register for single sessions or purchase the entire series.

Happy feet with Kathy C.

The Happy Feet workshop is designed to provide guidelines and exercises to strengthen, stabilize and maintain flexibility to our feet.  We will use a variety of props such as theraband, pinky ball (tennis ball) and a washcloth.
