Kathy knows movement is vital to enjoying life. Her active lifestyle includes trail running, cycling, skiing, hiking, and most recently, golf. She credits Pilates with improving her overall performance. When she joined our studio as a student and employee, it was no surprise to us as she earned her Pilates certification in 2009. Kathy is continuously learning so she can be the best teacher to all her clients. She loves connecting with people while traveling and has a passion for food, experimenting on new recipes with her family. She’s also an avid reader of historical fiction and biographies.
Kathy, an avid runner, has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years.
