I am a big fan of podcasts and listen to different genres depending on my mood. Here are a few podcasts that I think you will find interesting.
When I’m looking for insight into life experiences, I listen to The Knowledge Project with Shane Parrish. He interviews interesting and accomplished people. The interview with Buddhist practitioner Jack Kornfield helped me to understand how to deal with conflict and stress in healthy, constructive ways. Episode #156
If you are a true crime fan, listen to Anatomy of Murder. A former prosecutor and retired detective take you through murder cases and the process of solving each crime.
Random and perhaps useless bits of information can be quite handy the next time you play a trivia game. Stuff You Should Know is the place to find it. Did you know that beavers are a keystone species? Now you do. Episode Beavers: Tail Slapping Fun
I also enjoy historical podcasts such as It Was Said by Jon Meacham which analyzes the most powerful, impactful, and timeless speeches in history.
