I love food and YouTube is a great resource when you are looking for new recipes or information on interesting restaurants.
Some YouTube channels I subscribe to for great recipes are Food52, Brian Lagerstrom, Chef Billy Parisi, and America’s Test Kitchen. My favorite new salad is Food52’s Fattoush Salad. King Arthur Baking Company always has interesting bread recipes such as the Mini Focaccia Bread.
Bon Appettit has a great program called On The Line which takes you into a day in the life of a restaurant chef. We went to Zou Zou’s in NYC based on watching this show and it was wonderful.
Eater also provides lots of great segments on restaurants such as Rolo’s in Queens. We haven’t been there yet but it is on our list this summer.
I hope these channels inspire you to try new foods and restaurants in our area. Enjoy!
