Nut-Stuffed Delicata Squash Recipe

Love butternut squash but don't want the hassle of peeling the rind? Try my favorite, the delicata squash!

You can eat the rind and it is super easy to prepare. Slice and roast in the oven or create a stuffing and bake. I have a go to recipe that is vegetarian friendly. It's packed with nuts and the sage gives the dish a meaty taste!
