Do you know where your psoas is? It is located in the lower back and extends through the pelvis to your thigh. This muscle is responsible for flexing your hip. Sitting for long periods of time can lead to tight psoas, creating lower back discomfort and inflexible hips. This workout is your antidote as we focus on stretching and increasing mobility to this area. Stretching/Yoga strap or towel recommended.
