Standing Foam Roller on the Wall With Katie 30 Minutes

Here’s another standing workout with Katie, using the foam roller “against the wall” for an extra challenge and some needed release! In 30 minutes work your upper and lower body and then “roll them out” all while standing. NOTE – Full length foam roller needed as well as an area of a wall that is at least as wide as your roller when held horizontally.
