Reset for Spring & Homemade Vegetable Chips

Hi! @puresimplewellness here back again with another tip on how to satisfy your cravings in a more healthful way! With Spring arriving, we are ready to start ditching the heavier comfort foods and looking more towards the colorful fruits and veggies of spring. However, sometimes, the cravings from the winter months don’t disappear as quickly as you’d like. If crunchy and salty snacks are what you are craving, here are a few ideas to satisfy your cravings.

For a healthier crunch, try some raw carrot or celery sticks. Another favorite with my kids is dried seaweed which is both crunchy and salty. If you still have the taste for traditional chips, why not try this simple recipe for homemade root “chips” to satisfy your crunch and salty cravings.

If you’d like help moving away from processed chips and other cravings, check out the Effortless 3-Day Reset beginning on April 13th, with registration closing on Monday, April 6th. It’s the perfect time to get ‘back on track’ after Easter and spring break travel.
