Sheet Pan Baked Feta with Broccolini, Tomatoes and Lemon

This is on the menu for the rest of the summer!!! So delish, quick and easy. The feta and the lemon bring all the vegetable flavors together. It's recommended to eat over rice or farro. I served it as a side dish with grilled meats. Next time I will eat it as a main dish with a piece of Rico's homemade sourdough!
