Whether you’re on the tennis court, the padel court, or dominating in pickleball, Pilates serves as an invaluable resource for enhancing your serving technique, refining your forehand and backhand strokes, improving lateral movement, and optimizing rotational power.  Please note: Pure Pilates teacher, Julie Chan will be using a theraband, loop band and 2lb weights. The complete workout can be done with just one theraband.
