Kneeling Arm Series With a Theraband With Carol 15 Minute

This popular Reformer series can be done anywhere with a resistance band or tubing. This 15 minute workout will focus on the upper body with added side bending and twisting of the spine. While this is a kneeling series, all exercises can be done seated in a chair. NOTE: Theraband is needed, but light hand weights can be substituted instead.
