The physioball is a great prop to use when you want to add some instability to your workout. But what if the idea of being unbalanced is unnerving for you? Tiffany’s got the workout for you. Join her for Physioball Against the Wall. This 30 minute class uses the physioball with the assistance from a wall for added stability. You will start seated on the ball, move to standing, then on to the mat to finish on your knees with swan and mermaid. Once you’re comfortable with these exercises on the ball, you can move the ball away from the wall for most of the workout and make it more challenging. Note – a physioball is required.
