No props or even a mat is needed for this 30-minute Standing Mat class. You’ll use every muscle in your body and challenge your balance while Carol takes you through traditional mat exercises, normally done on your back, belly or seated. At the end of the class, we “stand” on our hands for Planks and Swans. This workout is great for everyone, with each exercise having 3 progressive levels to choose from. For extra assistance with balance, take the class near a wall, or grab a chair or foam roller for support.
