Hamstring 1,2 and 3 on the Chair focuses on so much more than just the back of the legs. Hamstring 1 focuses on movement of the spine and some work for your arms. Hamstring 2 offers a fun variation to fire up the entire back line of your body. Hamstring 3 or better known as Pike finishes the series bringing the entire body into the workout while your core gets some extra attention.
