This 15 minute standing workout focuses on a standing tower arm series that uses a Ritfit resistance tubing. (Any tubing or band can be used). The class focuses on 3 specific exercises that make a complete set. Carol repeats this series 3 times and continues to challenge you with variations in each set to uplevel your workout. While the class focuses on the upper body, you will get some lower body and balance options to round out the workout. Please note: If you have a Spring Board or Tower, this class can use the traditional springs in place of the resistance tubing.
